The type of dust flies everywhere when you apply it, but it would not bend. Just put itthe first mascara. This is really great if you are looking for a frosty white eye shadow sparkling. It works well on browbone and inside corners of the eye. I like the mirrored compact makes it easy adjustments
My two complaints:
Before packing. PF is a complicated thing for things with their packaging. Save the trees!
The second brush. OMG is terrible (like all their brushes I've ever used). I once did, that was enough.
